排版机是对光伏组件传输，排版定位的设备。通过视觉定位将串焊机焊好的电池串，按工艺尺寸要求和排版方向顺序自动排版组成电池串阵列。
本方案采用龙睿智能相机的专用型与机器人或模组配合，通过双相机组合定位纠偏计算，同时发送多个放料位坐标给机械手或模组，将电池串正负极交错排放到准确位置，排版完毕的产品流转至下一道工序。加上本视觉方案后排版的工作效率是人工的3-5倍。
